We approach the relationship with the client as an alliance to help our clients achieve the life they want to live. Counsellors are not super human beings but rather our expert training helps to identify belief systems, behaviors or choices of our clients that are not working and give our clients new skills to be happier.
Wellness is our main focus because we approach the client from a holistic point of view not just focusing in on the presenting problem. We use evidence based approaches that also incorporate well established experiential therapies such as art, clay and sandtray. Research has shown that incorporating both cognitive (thoughts) along with an experience creates more profound and long lasting change.
We focus on the client’s strength and work to partner with you to uncover and identify your existing strengths and promote skill development, growth and change.
